The junkluggers arrive promptly, are polite and respectful, efficient, patient and very reasonable. One of the gentlemen even swept out the garage, which we didn't expect, but very much appreciated. The two men were prompt in arriving and removed the furniture from our basement in about two hours as they had estimated. We liked the fact that Junk Luggers has connections with charities to donate any usable furniture & household items. We also liked that they are as environmentally friendly company that recycles as much as they can. They were professional, prompt and courteous. We highly recommend them to others needing this service.

This isn't an ordinary junk removal company. I had some large furniture items that I needed removed from my house. The Junklugger team arrived precisely on time after calling ahead and worked quickly while they were here. They are donating the items that can be donated and for my sofa bed, they are recycling the materials. It felt good to get the items out of my house, and good to know that I minimized the environmental impact by not tossing everything into a landfill. I'll definitely call them again!

I was very satisfied from start to finish. From making the initial phone call inquiring about Junk Lugggers services, fees and availability to scheduling and having a crew show up on time and remove my item (a large piano); all of this was extremely worthy of earning 5 plus stars on a scale of 0-5 with 5 being the best! The customer service agent, Melissa, whom I dealt with was very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer. And the crew that hauled away my piano were friendly and professional. I appreciated being contacted prior to the arrival of the movers and they were prompt, working within the timeframe they gave me. I would definitely recommend Junk Luggers and in the future if I have a need for a haul away service I would most definitely contact them again.
