I made the phone call and arranged for an estimate within a couple of days. The staff were punctual, polite and professional. The price was competitive and they removed the unwanted furniture on the spot. They try to avoid dropping your items in a landfill and it turns out they were able to donate my furniture to Salvation Army, emailing the donation receipt to me.
